I have lived at the noted location for 23 years and it has gone from a – z in so so many ways. I think I can speak for the decent residents here and say we are in shock that you are leaving us. I don’t know 100% why, but it doesn’t seem to be any other reason than the abuse the “deplorables” here are destroying your machines. It makes me sick when I open the lid of a washer and know that I have to virtually clean it before I can use it. Sparkle we…I…need you. Here is my plan if you’ll give us another try. I will every morning go down to the laundry room and examine everything that includes washers and dryers for any misuses and correct them and report back to you any obvious signs that disable a machine. I am TOTALLY COMMITTED to do this because of how much we need you. Of course, I will provide my time, whatever it takes AND I will provide this daily service FREE FREE FREE. I want you to know that I will do anything to keep you here. This is not just a passing idea. I am committed, and let me just say this, I am in a wheelchair, and if I need the elevator before the cleaners clean it, I have a mop and Paul is just inside my apartment door and mop the damn thing out, so I don’t take some deplorables crap under my wheels. I am committed to living a decent life here and in your case, I will do what has to be done.
