We received 2 washers today for our laundry room. The 2 old ones went into storage. Your driver Dave and his assistant were absolutely brilliant. The removal of the 2 olds ones was smooth. One was filled with stagnant water, which was drained without a drop of the stinky stuff getting on the floor. I was amazed and delighted at the care they both showed and their obvious experience. The new machines were brought in with great care and installed in a very timely manner.
Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I just want to let you know how much your staff is appreciated by your customers.
