Over the past 10 years I have progressed through a number of sales and marketing positions, culminating in my current position as the Director of Sales.
Sparkle Solutions provides on-premise laundry solutions and I specialize in multifamily residential facilities like apartment buildings and condominiums, university and college residences and co-operative housing residences. I work with property managers and landlords to help maximize the revenue they generate through their on-premise laundry systems.
There is nothing more important to me than customer service: I know that if I'm not taking care of my clients then someone else will.

Bruce is responsible for the management and development of our OPL, Commercial and Industrial laundry equipment sales within Canada.
Bruce comes to us with a wide variety of knowledge in the industries we sell and service.
Prior to joining Sparkle Solutions in 2010, Bruce was responsible for the expansion of Linen and uniform sales in Ontario and western Canada. Bruce has also spent many years in the restaurant and hotel industry. Involved in management and ownership positions.
Matt has been in the laundry industry with Sparkle Solutions for 7 years.
In his role as service manager he oversees all aspects of operations with a focus on making service excellence a competitive advantage for Sparkle. Within the Operations group, he directs the Service Department, Assembly Shop and Installations, ensuring the proper service and maintenance of the company’s route fleet equipment. Matt also supervises the introduction, preparation, installation and day-to-day maintenance of the SparkleXpress laundry system, with locations spanning from Ontario to Quebec.
Cindy has more than 20 years experience in the laundry industry. Having fulfilled many different job functions over the course of her career, Cindy now works closely with our Management Team overseeing the setup of new accounts and maintaining current accounts.
As Account Manager, Cindy is responsible for developing client relations, overseeing the client billing process, order entry and accounts receivable.
Cindy is also a member of our Joint Health and Safety Committee, helping to raise awareness of health and safety issues in the workplace.
